Workout notes 4100 yard swim plus yoga on my own: 500 warm up in 9, 500 drill/swim (fins), 5 x 200 on the 3:30 (3:23, 3:18, 3:19, 3:16, 3:18), 5 x (100 paddle, 100 swim) in 16:53, 10 x 100 IM on the 2:20 (about 2:10-12 each), 100 side stroke.
